An Excellent Hotel Experience!!!

The staff showed GREAT professionalism and helpfulness. Breakfast had delicious food with MANY options available. I also savored a fantastic beef tenderloin at the restaurant. The preparation was superb.
I noticed the electricity switches in the rooms seem a bit outdated. For the hotel price, inclusion of the pool or spa would have been beneficial. Access cost an extra 40 EUR per visit.

The breakfast included a HUGE cheese selection and tasty food. The variety accommodated all tastes, ensuring everyone found something to enjoy, including fresh, high-quality ingredients every morning.

the hotel is in a convenient location near shops. the rooms are spacious and gorgeous. the staff was attentive and well informed. i recommend this hotel and would stay again.
The reception seemed a little distracted. This did not affect my stay overall though.

i booked a king-sized bed but received a double bed instead. apparently, getting the bed you want is not guaranteed even after paying hundreds of euros a night. also the shower completely flooded and the drain was clogged with hair. i feel like i bathed in other peoples hair water it was unpleasant.
